Difference Between Location, Position, Situation, Site and Place!

Position – is a specific point. It cannot refer to an area. It is a place where someone or something is in relation to other people or things
 
The position of the car has been identified.
 
Location – is a particular point or place in physical space. It’s used in geography to describe a specific point.
 
The location of my house is at 369 Green Street.
 
Place – is a particular area with indefinable boarders. It’s a physical description of the structure of the area.
 
– What is your favorite place to relax?
– I enjoy relaxing by the mountains.
 
Site – is an area where a town, statue or a building is constructed.
 
The construction site for the President’s statue is closed to public.
 
Situation – is a physical position in relation to the surroundings
 
The situation of the city is very pleasant.
