Both sentences are grammatically correct. However, the first sentence is probably better to use than the second. The reason is that the use of “have + -ed” implies that the person had many chances to watch this person’s other performances, while the second sentence implies that there was only one chance.
This is a subtle difference, but most of the time the first sentence is the best choice.
