As many as possible!

Idioms help to express things in a more creative way!

Here are three of my favourites:

[Tweet “To beat around the bush – When someone is not specific about what they really mean or want to say.”]

1. To beat around the bush

When someone is not specific about what they really mean or want to say

I don’t like to beat around the bush. When I don’t like somebody, I tell them honestly!

2. Speak of the devil!

Try to study idioms for fun, they are the most entertaining way of speaking a language! When you start to use these in natural speech, your English-speaking friends will be very impressed.
