Are you concerned about someone’s well-being?
Worried about something they’re going to do?
Here are different ways to express yourself when you want to tell someone to take care of themselves. This should not be confused with the salutation ‘take care’, which although it derives from ‘take care of yourself’, actually is another way of saying ‘goodbye’.

1. Take care of yourself
2. Be careful
3. Go steady
4. Tread carefully
5. Be cautious
6. Go easy on yourself!
7. Stay out of trouble!
8. Godspeed
9. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do!
10. Put yourself first
11. Take care of number 1! (‘number 1’ refers to yourself being the main priority)
12. Don’t work too hard!
13. Stay healthy!
14. Don’t do anything silly!
15. Get some ‘me-time’
16. Stay positive
17. Don’t let anyone bring you down (Used when trying to console someone)
18. Go and put your feet up (this means ‘go and relax, get some rest’)
Remember you can use these when you are asking someone to take care of themselves, and want to show that you care!
