“After the first half hour, the local club City Ranger scored. The fans jumped, and was cheerful, flags fluttered and potations were thrown up to the sky. The hooligans’ reactions were tremendously, and they pushed the fans and the spectators, as I could discern from where I sat. The hooligans were unrespectful, and they behaved like wild, combative animals. After a while, a bottle was thrown on the pitch, and afterwards, hundreds of bottles followed. The situation quickly turned into disarray, and the spectators were confused and exasperated as I was. The atmosphere was tense. And not long from where I sat, a hooligan began to burn a flag, aside from that, shirts were burned and there were hovering flaming objects in the air. The players on the pitch tried to avoid the bottle, luckily none of them got potential injuries.”
