I want to know is there any in meaning of this two words when used in sentence?

The difference between these two words and phrases is the way that they are used – namely, how each of them functions in the context of a sentence.

Married should be used when you are talking about two people. The easiest thing is to say that Person A married Person B. Whether or not you put the two people who are a part of the marriage together, they both need to be mentioned to use “married” rather than the phrase “got married”.

Got married should be used when you are talking about a single person. This is likely the case when you have not met the bride or groom of the person that you are talking about. Because you are unsure or purposefully leave the other person out of the sentence, you can say that Person A got married.

You can also say that two people got married. For instance, Prince William and Catherine got married in 2011. In this case, when you talk about two people, there is no significant difference between saying that they “married” or that they “got married”.

Refer to the following examples:

  • Did you know that Maria got married last month? I didn’t even know that she had a significant other! (Note that I could not say “Maria married” and have it be correct. I would have to add who she married to be able to use that verb.)
  • Tracy and Taylor married over three years ago.
  • Tracy and Taylor got married over three years ago.
  • Paul got married three times, but none of the marriages lasted very long.
