Despite the fact that you hate me, you will still be respected – this one sounds more natural
I would even say it like this:
- Despite the fact that you hate me, I still respect you (or you are still respected)
Despite the fact that you hate me, you would still be respected. Or Despite the fact that you hate me, You will still be respected?
