Diet Definition. What does Diet mean?



Now this is a word we have already mentioned but let’s go into a little more detail.

diet is the food we eat and the drink we drink. It can be balanced or it can be a bad diet without balance.

Diet can also be used to show that someone is making a change to what they are consuming. To show this they say they are “going on a diet. There are so many diets out there with different promises and selling points, but the normal objective of a diet is to lose weight and feel better.

Some people react badly to severe changes in their diet, so be careful if you are considering going on a diet or changing your diet in any way. You should talk to your doctor if you need more advice!
