Your sister’s daughter is your “niece” and your wife’s “niece in-law”.
However, niece in-law is very formal whereas niece is used a lot more by native speakers and is less formal. If your wife knows your niece well and they have a close relationship, the term niece would be more appropriate.
Likewise, your niece can call your wife “aunt in-law” or just “aunt”.
