Client, customer and consumer are all words that businesses use to talk about people that buy their products.
Client is generally used for a more personal, individualised service. Lawyers, car salespeople and estate agents all use the word “client“.

- We have seen that many consumers do not want to travel by train anymore, they prefer using their cars.
