I wish you a Pretty Happy Birthday, is it correct?
friendliest English school

It would be better to say:

I wish you a VERY Happy Birthday

Normally, when you say that something is pretty good it means that it’s not great or that it’s not especially good but its OK.

You wouldn’t wish someone an OK Birthday (unless you didn’t like them very much!) because you want their birthday to be special.
