I wish you a Pretty Happy Birthday, is it correct?
friendliest English school

It would be better to say:

I wish you a VERY Happy Birthday

Normally, when you say that something is pretty good it means that itโ€™s not great or that itโ€™s not especially good but its OK.

You wouldnโ€™t wish someone an OK Birthday (unless you didnโ€™t like them very much!) because you want their birthday to be special.
