It would be better to say:
I wish you a VERY Happy Birthday
Normally, when you say that something is pretty good it means that itβs not great or that itβs not especially good but its OK.
You wouldnβt wish someone an OK Birthday (unless you didnβt like them very much!) because you want their birthday to be special.
