Can I say that something makes me get to my decision.
Is it correct in English?

A better way to phrase the sentence would be “something makes me come to my decision”.

For example:

  • My experiences made me come to my decision.
  • The report in the news made me come to this decision.
  • Because of my exam results I have come to the decision to change my subject choice in college.
  • After he talked to his parents he came to the decision to move out and live on his own.
