Your uncle’s son is your cousin. In English there is only one word for your uncle or aunt’s children, so your uncle’s daughter would also be called your cousin.
Sometimes we use the phrase first cousin to make it clear that we are talking about our uncle or aunt’s children. Your first cousin‘s daughter or son is your second cousin, and so on.
