The difference between STUDY and LEARN is in the meaning of those two words.

STUDY: read, memorize facts, attend school/university (in order to learn about a something)

LEARN: gain knowledge/skill by studying, practicing, or experiencing something

If you want to learn English, you don’t need to study the grammar only! You need to learn how to communicate in English first, and you can do that by studying the vocabulary.
