Drag
is a verb. When you drag something or somebody. It always happens with resistance.Â
- I will drag this heavy baggage through the airport.
- Last night you were so drunk I had to drag you out of the pub.
Pull
is also a verb and has a similar meaning to drag but without resistance.
- Will you pull one of my luggage with you? It’s on wheels.
- Don’t pull your nice jumper on the floor! It was expensive.
