It’s always the opposite:
If the sentence is POSITIVE, you use aren’t (negative), and if the sentence is Negative, you us are they?
The same goes for isn’t he/is he?
For example,

- He is an excellent driver, isn’t he?
- She isn’t a great dancer, is she?
